Our Policy

This policy advises you, as our customer, about the services you can expect from our salon and the steps and procedures you can take if you are not satisfied with the services you receive.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone with a nail condition or ill health that we suspect may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
  • Customers with diabetes: Please inform our technician so we can provide proper care for that service.

* All services are nonrefundable. If your nails become scratched or misshaped, we will fix them if you notify the salon within 24 hours of service. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will not offer a refund or credit note simply because you have changed your mind.

* We will redo any service at no charge if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, but you have to tell us immediately what you are not satisfied with when you’re getting your service done. We do not redo it if our technician has confirmed and cleared up with you about your service while the service is going on.

* As soon as you walk out the salon door, we assume you have accepted and are happy with the service.

* Your best compliments to our technicians are your referrals and good reviews on Google & Facebook.
